About the Lodge
The story, the person, and the place behind the brand.
Tabletop Lodge started in a garage in Berlin — and that's where it still lives. It's a brand built around the tabletop hobby: miniature gaming, board games, TTRPGs, TCGs, and everything in between. We make handcrafted wooden accessories for the table, and we make content for the people who love this hobby.
The person behind it is Pepe, or Alexander Pieper. After 15 years in the video game industry, he turned his hands toward physical craft. The same obsessive attention to detail that goes into making videogames now goes into carrying cases, deck boxes, and other products that amplify the tabletop experience.
"A place to escape to and enjoy your hobby with your friends."
The name is Tabletop Lodge deliberate. Not a shop, not a studio, not a cafe but a lodge. Somewhere warm with a fireplace, a table and in good company. You're not in a hurry to leave. That feeling is what we're building toward: in the content we make, in the things we sell, and eventually in a real physical space in Berlin.
Who it's for
Everyone interested in to escape from reality to a warm place. Either with friends or to find new friends. Casual hobbyists, newcomers, veterans. We especially welcome underrepresented groups like LGBTQ+ and FLINTA as we firmly believe in the benefits from a diverse community.
Who it's NOT for
Our vision for this hobby is one of inclusivity, creativity and human connection. Thus we don't want to be a part of the more toxic corners of the hobby, and we won't create content or products that cater to those. If you're looking for a place to complain about "There are no Fem Space Marines!" or "Kids those days destroy our lore!", this isn't it.
The Shed
The workshop where everything gets made. The Shed is where build-along videos are filmed, where products are crafted one at a time, and where the Tabletop Lodge content comes to life. It's not a studio — it's a place that smells of wood and has far too many miniatures on the shelves.
