The Journey
Our ultimate vision is a real place in Berlin. We're building toward it in the open, and we want you along for the ride.
Most of this site tells you who we are and what we make. This page is about where we're going, and it's the part we most want to share with you.
The Tabletop Lodge doesn't end with a shop and a YouTube channel. The dream is a real, physical place in Berlin: a lodge that feels like there's a fire crackling in the corner, with tables to play at, gear on the shelves, and good company. Getting there is a long road, and we'd rather walk it out in the open than disappear and reveal a finished thing one day.
So we're documenting the journey as it happens, milestones, decisions, and the odd wrong turn, on video and here on this page. You can follow along quietly, or you can help shape it: tell us what you'd want, weigh in on the big decisions, and be part of building the place. However much or little you want to get involved, you're welcome at this table.

We started by listening
Early in 2026 we asked the Berlin tabletop community what a shared physical space could be: what you'd want from it, where it should be, and what would make it feel like home. That questionnaire was the first step of this journey, and your answers are shaping everything that comes next.

Everyone belongs at this table
An explicitly welcoming space was one of the top things you asked us to get right. 87% said it matters, and more than 1 in 4 of you (28%) told us you've felt unwelcome in a hobby space before. We hear that, and it's shaping the Lodge from day one.

Now
Building in the open
The community, the shop, and the content come first, and we make them out loud: build-alongs and behind-the-scenes videos on YouTube, conversations on Discord. Right now that means Pepe working in the Shed and filming as he goes, with a community starting to gather around the work. This is where our Lodge takes shape day to day, and where you can jump in whenever you like.

Growing the table
Meetups and community events so more of us are around the same table. The bigger and warmer the community, the more real the physical space becomes, and the more hands there are to help shape it.

A real place in Berlin
The ultimate vision: somewhere warm you can come to play, shop, and hang out with other hobbyists. When we get to choosing a location, a layout, and what lives on the shelves, we'll bring those decisions to the community and film the journey the whole way there.
